A weak low pressure system passing to the south may bring a chance of light snow to Staten Island Friday night, though accumulations would be minimal with no more than a coating expected. The precipitation may linger into Saturday morning before tapering off.<\/p>\n
The weekend will remain colder than normal, with another cold front expected to pass through Sunday night. This will usher in another very cold air mass for early next week, with lows in the teens to 20s degrees and highs in the upper 20s to lower 30s degrees for Monday.
