Welch owned the residence for four years. She purchased it in 2021 for $22.75 million, records show.<\/p>\n
The house, recently refashioned by the design firm Williams Lawrence, includes a private garage with a curb cut, an elevator and a series of oversized rooms tailored for both large-scale entertaining and everyday living.<\/p>\n
