This is also the weekend to grab a 40-pound bag of compost, donate blood, and enjoy live music by singer and songwriter Hillary Powell and the JAW kids band. Sunday\u2019s activities are brought to the community courtesy of Councilmember Lincoln Restler and Saint Ann\u2019s Church.<\/p>\n<p>Car-free Montague Open Streets is sponsored by the Montague Street BID, Brooklyn Heights Association and the city\u2019s Department of Transportation.
