MANHATTAN, N.Y. (PIX11) \u2013 East Harlem is glowing again as the beloved holiday tree on 106th Street and Third Avenue gets ready for its 22nd year.<\/p>\n
Handmade ornaments and the love of neighbors and volunteers make this annual tradition a true celebration of unity and hope. Directly after the tree lighting, there\u2019s a pop-up ice skating rink at 104th Street and 2nd Avenue.<\/p>\n

This year\u2019s theme, planting seeds of hope, spreading branches of unity and strength, is bringing the entire neighborhood together.
