Season 2 of Owning Manhattan<\/a> dropped on Netflix<\/a> on Friday and showcases the aftermath of Ryan\u2019s highest-profile home from season 1.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Ryan took on the task of selling the Central Park Tower penthouse for $250 million \u2013 which would have shattered real estate records for the area.\u00a0<\/p>\n

He even brought in select team members from the firm he owns, Serhant Real Estate, to attempt to sell the palace in the clouds and offered a $10 million commission to whoever brought in a buyer.\u00a0<\/p>\n

However, after months on the market, Ryan<\/a> was not able to sell the penthouse, and he was replaced by a rival real estate agent.\u00a0<\/p>\n

While he was able to finally sell the Columbus Circle property, it came at the cost of a steep price discount.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The deal closed for $115 million \u2013 which is $135 million less than the original asking price.\u00a0<\/p>\n
