A brisk Northerly wind will make it feel uncomfortable to be outside for long periods of time. Highs will struggle to get to near 30 degrees with wind chills staying in the 20s.<br \/>\n\t\tIt gets even colder tonight with low dipping to the low-20s with wind chills in the single digits and teens. A clipper system slides North tomorrow afternoon, keeping the city dry and temperatures back to the mid-30s.<br \/>\n\t\tA secondary clipper system moves in on Wednesday bringing afternoon passing showers and seasonable temperatures in the mid-40s. It will feel slightly better to be outside by the midweek with highs in the 40s.<br \/>\n\t\tThe back-to-back arctic cold returns this weekend as temperatures fall to the low-30s with a chance of snow. Unfortunately, the below normal temperatures will stick around over the next few weeks.
