Vice President JD Vance has broken his silence on rumors that his marriage to wife, Usha, is on the rocks, the Daily Mail reported. <\/a><\/p>\n

The rumors started after Usha Vance was spotted not wearing her wedding ring on some occasions. <\/p>\n

Vance in an interview with NBC News dismissed the rumors, saying that the Second Couple find the speculation over the missing wedding ring humorous. <\/p>\n

\u201cI think we kind of get a kick out of it,\u201d Vance said. <\/p>\n

Speaking of the couple\u2019s high profile in the political world, the veep went on, \u201cWith anything in life, you take the good with the bad. You accept that there are some sacrifices and there are some very good things that come along with it, too. But our marriage is as strong as it\u2019s ever been, and I think Usha\u2019s really taken to it, and it\u2019s been kind of cool to see how she\u2019s developed and evolved in this new role.\u201d<\/p>\n

Vance did say that the media attention that comes their way has at times been hard on the couple. <\/p>\n

\u201cThere are certainly ways in which it\u2019s difficult on the family \u2026 I\u2019m not going to pretend that it isn\u2019t. But it\u2019s the sacrifice that we signed up for,\u201d he said. <\/p>\n

A spokesperson for Usha Vance had previously said that the Second Lady is sometimes without her wedding ring because she \u201cdoes a lot of dishes, gives a lot of baths and forgets her ring sometimes.\u201d<\/p>\n

Vance in the interview said that his wife had one time forgotten to put her rings back on after taking a shower. <\/p>\n

The couple was already in a car ready to travel to the White House when the discovery was made.<\/p>\n

Said Vance, \u201cShe was like, \u2018Oh, if I don\u2019t go back and get them, there\u2019s going to be some ridiculous psycho who talks about it on social media.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

The veep continued, \u201cAnd I was like, \u2018Let them. It\u2019s not even worth the trip to run back upstairs.\u2019 So we actually have a little bit of fun with it.
