It\u2019s thought to house about 40 units.<\/p>\n<p id=\"anchor-f71374\" class=\"body-graf\">Chopper 4 showed the entire top floor consumed by flames, with black smoke billowing from under the rooftop. Fire appeared to chew through the roof as well, approaching firefighters as they tried to attack it from the side.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-graf\">Part of the left side of the building also caved in, raining flaming debris onto the street. A large chunk fell right next to a responding fire engine.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-graf\">There was no immediate word on injuries, nor a possible cause.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-graf\">People were advised to avoid the area.
