This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Brooklyn Heights, Carroll Gardens, Prospect Heights, and East Flatbush. How did they fare?<\/p>\n

First up, this Brooklyn Heights brownstone has period details like marble mantels and plasterwork along with waterfront views and central air. This former Open House Pick<\/a> is still available for $12.995 million.<\/p>\n

An infusion of color and pattern is layered alongside original Italianate and Neo-Grec features in this Carroll Gardens brownstone, making for rather photogenic rooms. This former House of the Day <\/a>sold in July for $3.86 million, which was $260,000 over the asking price.<\/p>\n

In one of Brooklyn\u2019s grandest co-ops, this Prospect Heights three-bedroom has no lack of prewar style or space for a family to spread out. This former Co-op of the Day<\/a> sold in October for $2.27 million, which was $275,000 over the asking price.<\/p>\n

Finally, in East Flatbush a petite brick row house has an attached garage. This former Open House Pick<\/a> sold in August for $602,500, which was $27,500 over the asking price.<\/p>\n
