Police had revealed Monday that a \u201cperson of interest\u201d was in custody but didn&#8217;t name them. Green is likely to appear in court later Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">It was not immediately clear if Green has an attorney. He also faces additional charges of assault and criminal possession of a weapon, police said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \"><a class=\"zZygg UbGlr iFzkS qdXbA WCDhQ DbOXS tqUtK GpWVU iJYzE \" data-testid=\"prism-linkbase\" href=\"https:\/\/apnews.com\/article\/kris-boyd-jets-shot-new-york-ae51d1b118ff43c753f74adc405ad66f\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Boyd<\/a> was shot in the abdomen just after 2 a.m. on Nov. 16 in midtown Manhattan.
