Jessica Taylor<\/a> might be Owning Manhattan<\/a>\u2018s token Brit, but that doesn\u2019t mean she\u2019s worked with any royals \u2026 yet.<\/p>\n

In the show\u2019s debut season\u2014which dropped on Netflix in August 2024\u2014Taylor was paired up with a top-secret buyer<\/a>. All she knew was they were a married couple with two children who lived in California, and that they were looking to spend anywhere between $5 million and $10 million on a luxurious New York City abode. <\/p>\n

When Taylor, using her sharp real estate prowess, was somehow able to up their budget to a whopping $21.7 million sight unseen, many viewers wondered who these wealthy buyers could\u2019ve been.<\/p>\n

Some threw out names like Prince Harry<\/a> and Meghan Markle<\/a>. After all, wouldn\u2019t it make the most sense for Ryan Serhant<\/a> to pair Taylor\u2014the show\u2019s only British cast member\u2014up with British royalty?! One would think so! But Serhant remained tight-lipped<\/a> on the subject when DECIDER grilled him about it last year, only claiming the theories of Prince Harry and Markle were \u201cincorrect.\u201d<\/p>\n

When Taylor stopped by DECIDER\u2019s studio ahead of Owning Manhattan\u2019s Season 2 release, she shared that she did eventually find out the buyers\u2019 true identity.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe work with a lot of celebrities, and the reason they like working with us is that we don\u2019t tell people,\u201d Taylor said. \u201cSo, if I told you, I\u2019d have to kill you, and that would be messy for everyone. But yeah, we want the celebrities to keep coming back to us. I\u2019m sorry, I can\u2019t tell you.\u201d<\/p>\n

While Taylor couldn\u2019t say who her mystery buyers were, she did reveal that she hadn\u2019t seen any online theories that were correct, meaning they weren\u2019t Rihanna and A$AP Rocky, they weren\u2019t Kylie Jenner and Timothee Chalamet, and they weren\u2019t Prince Harry and Markle. Taylor also confirmed that she has never worked with a royal, telling us, \u201cAs far as I\u2019m aware, I don\u2019t think they own property in New York City, but I\u2019m sure I\u2019ll be their first call if they do.\u201d<\/p>\n

Luckily, when the royals inevitably come calling, Taylor already has a good conversation starter.<\/p>\n

\u201cI went to the same school as Princess Kate [Middleton]<\/a>,\u201d she revealed, referring to Prince William\u2019s wife. \u201cShe left as I arrived but her sister was there at the same time.\u201d<\/p>\n

Taylor added, \u201cPippa [Middleton], I think, was four years older than me, and Kate had left already at that point.\u201d<\/p>\n
