Amazon Prime<\/p>\n<p>Davis, of Forest Hills, Queens, suffered severe head and body trauma and was rushed to Mount Sinai West Hospital, where she succumbed to her injuries, cops said.<\/p>\n<p>The driver of the black 2023 Cadillac XT6, a 61-year-old man, stayed at the scene and did not face any charges by Wednesday, police said.<\/p>\n<p>Davis played a cop in Amazon Prime\u2019s \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/m.imdb.com\/title\/tt5788792\/?ref_=nm_flmg_job_1_accord_1_cdt_t_1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel<\/a>,\u201d and her IMDb includes nine other credits, including parts in the 2011 Michael Fassbender drama \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/m.imdb.com\/title\/tt1723811\/?ref_=nm_flmg_job_1_accord_1_cdt_t_7\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Shame<\/a>\u201d and the 2004 short film \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/m.imdb.com\/title\/tt1089704\/?ref_=nm_flmg_job_1_accord_1_cdt_t_10\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Ladies Room<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><img style=\"aspect-ratio:1;display:block\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" data-modal-image=\"37893388\" width=\"590\" height=\"590\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/www-facebook-com-wenne-davis-117104877.jpg\" alt=\"Wenne Alton Davis smiling, wearing a blue jacket, cap, and glasses.\" class=\"wp-image-37893388\"  \/>Davis was struck by a car in Midtown this week and succumbed to her injuries.
