The three-bedroom, 3,500-square-foot pad at 11 North Moore Street sold for $12.5 million. The seller, LMB 2010 LLC, purchased the unit in 2016 for $11.2 million. The buyer was 11 North Moore LLC. The latest deal, which works out to roughly $3,600 per square foot, appears to have been off-market.<\/p>\n
\ud83c\udfc6 Commercial: The top recorded commercial real estate deal was in Soho, where a mixed-use building at 198 Sixth Avenue sold for $7 million. The sellers were Steve L. Hamilton and Daniel Tessitore. The buyer was an LLC tied to First Management Corp. The three-story property dates to the early 1800s and has five residential units.<\/p>\n
\ud83d\udcca Residential: Bruce and Lana Curtis scooped up a Tribeca condo at 111 Murray Street for $9.6 million, the asking price. The seller was an LLC with compliance expert Robert Stype as its member. The unit last traded in 2019 for just over $9.6 million. It spans nearly 3,000 square feet, pricing the transaction at about $3,200 per square foot. The condo has three bedrooms, river-to-river views and a private elevator vestibule. The unit went up for sale in April with Compass\u2019 Adie Kriegstein.<\/p>\n
\ud83d\udcca Residential: A trust tied to James G. Weiss paid $9.3 million for a condo at 10 Sullivan Street in Soho. The seller, Sullivan 12A LLC, purchased the full-floor residence in 2016 for $10.9 million. The three-bedroom unit measures just under 3,000 square feet; the latest transaction pencils out to about $3,100 per square foot. Corcoran\u2019s Catherine Juracich, Tom Ventura, Karena Cameron, Lesley Schulhof and Emma O\u2019Connor had the listing, which went on the market in September for $9.5 million.<\/p>\n
