Court documents state Trey intentionally damaged more than $1500 worth of hookah set-ups, DJ equipment, and sofas.

After his arrest, police did a computer check and realized Trey was wanted for a second crime in which he allegedly assaulted an employee inside Dramma Night Club in Times Square on December 4.

Trey reportedly grew irritated when club workers instructed him and his crew to leave because it was closing time in the Dec. 4 incident. Our sources say one of the employees grabbed Trey’s arm, prompting him to allegedly punch the worker in the face and cause him to suffer swelling and substantial pain.

Prosecutors charged Trey in both cases … slapping him with two counts of assault, harassment, and criminal mischief. Trey pleaded not guilty to the charges at his arraignment in Manhattan Criminal Court and was released without bail.

Trey’s attorney, Mitchell Schuster, defended his client in a statement to TMZ … saying the singer is “cooperating fully and looks forward to the facts coming to light.” Schuster also addressed Sunday’s incident, stating Trey was “confronted by individuals who instigated a confrontation and attempted to surround him.”

The lawyer went on to say Trey’s “security intervened to protect him and contain the situation, and an altercation occurred in the ensuing confusion.” Schuster added, “Public figures are often treated as targets for instigation in pursuit of headlines or financial gain. We are confident the facts will speak for themselves.”

Trey Songz Charged With Slugging Club Worker … And Trashing DJ Equipment Published December 15, 2025 7:58 AM…

[8
4022,1123,9,24,55,54,12,56,9112
post-71398","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-new-york-city","tag-breaking-news","tag-hip-hop","tag-new-york","tag-new-york-city","tag-new-york-city-headlines","tag-new-york-city-news","tag-news","tag-ny","tag-tmz-hip-hop
["GET
