{"id":72685,"date":"2025-12-16T22:00:22","date_gmt":"2025-12-16T22:00:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/72685\/"},"modified":"2025-12-16T22:00:22","modified_gmt":"2025-12-16T22:00:22","slug":"tati-shop-opens-in-former-burson-reynolds-space-on-manhattan-avenue","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/72685\/","title":{"rendered":"Tati Shop Opens in Former Burson &#038; Reynolds Space on Manhattan Avenue"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A new shop just opened in a space recently occupied by another store for a decade.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/tatishopny\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Tati Shop<\/a> (649 Manhattan Ave.) has taken over the former <a href=\"https:\/\/greenpointers.com\/2025\/09\/10\/burson-reynolds-will-close-after-10-years-on-manhattan-avenue\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Burson &amp; Reynolds<\/a> shop, which closed this fall.<\/p>\n<p>Husband-and-wife duo Cem Salur and Cigdem Onat joined forces to open their new store. Their respective art backgrounds (a photographer and a painter) is evident, as Tati Shop stocks vintage, home decor, kitchenware, barware, art, and books.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCigdem always dreamed of opening a vintage store, and I\u2019m a design freak,\u201d Cem told Greenpointers. \u201cWe want to have a shop that greets the community with open arms and have a space where we could create and collaborate.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Previously, the duo ran a vermouth bar in San Francisco, and fans of the beverage will find plenty of options here, as well as non-alcoholic mixers and sodas.<\/p>\n<p>The space will be open from Monday through Friday, 12 to 7pm, and weekends from 11 am to 7pm.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tRelated\n<\/p>\n<p><script async src=\"\/\/www.instagram.com\/embed.js\"><\/script><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"A new shop just opened in a space recently occupied by another store for a decade.
