The AQC designation recognizes construction companies that demonstrate commitment in five areas: quality, health and safety performance, talent management, craft and management education and community relations.

“The AQC credential is special because it acknowledges our commitment to delivering superior services and quality to our clients, and our premier company programs that support our team members and their families,” said John Reyhan, president of Manhattan Construction Company. “From comprehensive technical and leadership development programs, professional growth opportunities, we invest in every team member so they can succeed both at work and in life.”

ABC President and CEO Michael Bellaman said the designation reflects a company’s focus on safety, culture and workforce development, as well as validated quality standards backed by clients and third-party references.

To earn the credential, companies must achieve Gold, Platinum or Diamond status in ABC’s STEP Health and Safety Management System. Established in 1989, STEP provides a framework for measuring and benchmarking safety performance, with top performers reporting incident rates significantly below industry averages.

AQC members are reaccredited annually and pledge to deliver high-quality construction services while supporting employees and the communities where they operate.

Listen to this article TULSA — Tulsa-based Manhattan Construction Company has again been named an Accredited Quality Contractor…

[35
37305,1527,37306,75,37307,84,83,37308,9,24,63,37309,1986,37310,4636
post-73770","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-manhattan","tag-associated-builders-and-contractors","tag-construction","tag-john-reyhan","tag-manhattan","tag-manhattan-construction-company","tag-manhattan-headlines","tag-manhattan-news","tag-michael-bellaman","tag-new-york","tag-new-york-city","tag-nyc","tag-quality-standards","tag-safety","tag-tulsa","tag-workforce-development
["GET
!["Manhattan]("https://www.newsbeep.com/us-ny/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/AQC-logo-2025_Color-282x300.png"){kind=logo}
