New listings totaled 8,352 in November, down 2.4% 8,555 homes coming onto the market one year ago. Housing inventory was up by 0.9% to 27,715 properties last month versus the 27,467 homes available in the prior year.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"gofollow\" data-track=\"MjY0LDQsMSwyMA==\" href=\"https:\/\/www.softminkyblankets.com\/WRE50\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"600\" height=\"600\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml,%3Csvg%20xmlns=\" http:=\"\" data-lazy-src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/WRE_Ads-02-copy-600x600-1.jpeg\"\/><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"600\" height=\"600\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/WRE_Ads-02-copy-600x600-1.jpeg\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>While sales dipped, home prices continued to rise. The median sales price increased 5.0%, rising from $400,000 in November 2024 to $420,000 last month.
