The snow is expected to turn to rain by late morning Tuesday, with the potential for icy conditions on untreated surfaces, meteorologists are cautioning. <\/p>\n
Monday will remain dry with clear skies and temperatures in the mid to upper 30s. Northwest winds will diminish throughout the day, shifting to the west and southwest by afternoon. Overnight, clouds will increase as the warm front approaches, likely bringing snow after midnight.<\/p>\n
By Tuesday afternoon, temperatures will climb above freezing as precipitation begins to taper off. The National Weather Service indicates high pressure will gradually build in Tuesday night, with dry conditions returning by Wednesday. Wednesday will feature brisk northwest winds that will gradually diminish throughout the day.<\/p>\n
