Under our coaching staff\u2019s guidance, I believe Brooklyn will thrive at our club in the years ahead.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Houston homegrown product enjoyed a breakout 2025 season, slotting No. 21 on the annual\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mlssoccer.com\/news\/2025-22-under-22-rankings\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">22 Under 22 Rankings<\/a>. For his Dynamo career, Raines tallied 2g\/1a in 61 appearances (all competitions) from 2022-25.<\/p>\n<p>Raines starred for the US at the 2025 FIFA U-20 World Cup. At that tournament, he played for newly appointed Revs head coach <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mlssoccer.com\/news\/new-england-revolution-name-marko-mitrovic-head-coach\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Marko Mitrovi\u0107<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI know Brooklyn very well as a person and as a player. He is someone whose qualities fit our style of play, and his mentality is aligned with the culture that we want to build,&#8221; Mitrovi\u0107 said.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;While he has very high potential, he has already been an impactful player in MLS. I believe he can help our team win now, and we can support his development even more in the future. I\u2019m really looking forward to having him with us.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Revs are looking to return to the Audi MLS Cup Playoffs for the first time since 2023.
