PROSPECT LEFFERTS GARDENS \u2014 GIANNIS ANTETOKOUNMPO is said to be annoyed by reports circulating in both Greek and American media that claim the NBA superstar has made a multimillion investment in real estate in Prospect Lefferts Gardens \u2013 stories that have fueled speculation about a potential move to the Nets, as reported by the Greek television network Antenna<\/a> and other outlets.<\/p>\n

Sources close to the player told Antenna the reports are \u201cnot true,\u201d and that the rumors are obfuscating Antetokounmpo\u2019s intentions.<\/p>\n

The deal was said to cover<\/a> 520 Parkside Ave. and 111 Clarkson Ave., known together as the Lawrence, valued at $25.18 million. The properties were reportedly sold by Seth Brown and Richard Ludwig, with Marcus & Millichap brokering the transaction, according to a Commercial Observer article from Dec. 12, as well as Traded<\/a>.<\/p>\n
