Theresa (Terry) Vanderbilt Whitman, 87, of Staten Island, died surrounded by family on Nov. 25, 2025. She was a member of Messiah Lutheran Church in Annadale, Staten Island over 60 years. \u201cTerry had a deep commitment to the welfare of children,\u201d reads her obituary. Born in Port Richmond, she moved to Grasmere in 1959 with her late husband Charles A. Kramer Jr. after their marriage, and the couple settled in Meiers Corners in 1965.
