The pair soon realized that the baby was arriving earlier than expected.<\/p>\n<p>Garcia and Rosado then pulled over to deliver the baby on the side of the parkway.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This was my first delivery, and communication is what made it possible,&#8221; Rosado was quoted on a post on X. &#8220;My partner guided me through every step, and we worked together to make sure the baby and mother were safe.
