I\u2019ll list a few of mine here. Please add yours in the comments.<\/p>\n<p>1. A long term solution to the problem of the crumbling BQE; one that doesn\u2019t involve continuing traffic fumes and vibrations, doesn\u2019t require the \u201ctemporary\u201d destruction of the Promenade, and doesn\u2019t result in heavier traffic on local streets.<\/p>\n<p>2. An enforceable solution to the problem of helicopter noise.<\/p>\n<p>3. An attractive tenant for the long vacant building that formerly housed a Starbucks on Montague Street.<\/p>\n<p>4. A new owner who will refurbish the crumbling townhouse on Columbia Heights.<\/p>\n<p>5.
