The fourth-year receiver had nine catches for 97 yards in the first half and finished with 11 catches for 113. He eclipsed the 1,000-yard mark on the third Giants offensive play of the second half, on a 9-yard catch.<\/p>\n
\u201cThat\u2019s my guy,\u201d quarterback Jaxson Dart said. \u201cI have all the confidence in the world in him, and I know that he can beat any coverage. He\u2019s just a guy that competes at such a high level. I\u2019m just really happy for him, because he\u2019s a hell of a player, and he definitely deserves it.\u201d<\/p>\n
Robinson, after the game, was more ecstatic about finally winning a game than for his milestone.<\/p>\n

\u201cThese long flights home, they\u2019re not good whenever you have losses,\u201d he said. \u201cThey feel a whole lot better whenever you get a win and you feel like you made a difference and actually helped us get a win.\u201d<\/p>\n
Prior to this season, Robinson had his best year in 2024 when he caught 93 passes for 699 yards and three touchdowns. He now has 92 receptions for 1,014 yards and four TDs this season.<\/p>\n
\u201c[I\u2019ve] always kind of been labeled just a slot guy who can only do certain things [and] will never hit certain numbers and things like that. I just wanted to prove myself right knowing that I can do everything out on the football field I want to do.\u201d<\/p>\n
Giants interim head coach Mike Kafka, who\u2019s worked with Robinson in an offensive coordinator capacity since he got into the league four years ago, was ecstatic for his receiver.<\/p>\n

\u201cWan\u2019Dale \u2026 we came in together, it was our first draft class, so he\u2019s a guy that I know and love,\u201d Kafka said. \u201cTo see him continue to grow in that position \u2026 he came in primarily as a slot [receiver] and we asked him to play a little bit more outside this year based on injuries. And he just jumped at it.<\/p>\n
\u201cI think he took his craft to another level in terms of being an outside perimeter receiver and still have the dynamic ability to play inside and slot and create mismatches and match up opportunities for himself.<\/p>\n
\u201cSo, to have that day \u2014 11 catches, 113 yards and to eclipse 1,000 yards \u2014 what an awesome milestone for him. It\u2019s just kind of the cherry on top for him.
