A deranged upstate man was arrested in New York City Saturday afternoon after allegedly claiming he had firebombs that he planned to use at a \u201cNo Kings\u201d protest to attack federal agents \u2013 a bust that comes as some of the anti-Trump rallies around the US spiraled out of control.\u00a0<\/p>\n
David Cox, 54, was hit with terrorism charges after bragging to a stranger at a Kwik Fil gas station in Owego \u2013 about 198 miles from the Big Apple \u2013 Friday night that he had weapons in his trunk and planned to \u201cfight ICE agents\u201d at a Manhattan rally, police and sources said.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The innocent bystander then reported the threat to cops after Cox left the gas station.\u00a0<\/p>\n
