(WIBW) &#8211; Riley County police on Tuesday night arrested a Manhattan man in connection with child sex crimes and other offenses, officials said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The man, identified as Manfred Elocka Ngom, 31, of Manhattan, was arrested around 10:23 p.m. Tuesday in the 100 block of N. 15th Street, according to Riley County police records.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"figure-img img-fluid mx-auto d-block\" alt=\"Riley County police on Tuesday night arrested a Manhattan man in connection with child sex...\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/1767134049_759_USU6LMJSURIUJHWNFMYQOE27AE.jpg\" width=\"980\" height=\"550\" \/>Riley County police on Tuesday night arrested a Manhattan man in connection with child sex crimes and other offenses, officials said.(WIBW)<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Ngom was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant charging him with 10 counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a child; one count of contributing to child misconduct; and one count of furnishing alcohol or cereal malt beverage to a minor in Manhattan. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">This arrest stems from a report filed Oct. 4, 2025. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Ngom was booked into the Riley County Jail, where he was issued a total bond of $50,000.<\/p>\n<p class=\"copyright |\">Copyright 2025 WIBW.
