Celebrate New Year’s Eve at the NYRR Midnight Run through Central Park!<\/p>\n

There\u2019s no healthier way to ring in the New Year in NYC than by joining the annual NYRR Midnight Run\u2014a festive, four-mile run winding through Central Park. This popular event draws about 4,000 runners and even more spectators each year,\u00a0many of whom embrace the holiday spirit by dressing in costumes.\u00a0The atmosphere will be full of excitement as thousands come together to celebrate the\u00a0new year on a healthy, joyful note.<\/p>\n

Event Details and Timing<\/p>\n

The race kicks off right at midnight, accompanied by music, dancing, and a spectacular fireworks display lighting up the night sky.<\/p>\n

Closures and Timing<\/p>\n

8:00 AM on 12\/31 to 2:00 AM on 1\/1: The Cherry Hill area will be closed.
\n\t7:15 PM on 12\/31:\u00a0The 72nd Street Transverse and areas immediately north and south will be closed to the public.
\n\tMidnight on 12\/31: The fireworks show will last for twenty minutes.\u00a0 <\/p>\n
