revealed<\/a> that Brooklyn had blocked the entire family on Instagram after tabloids mistakenly reported that David and Victoria had unfollowed their son.<\/p>\n Responding to a Daily Mail headline about the couple unfollowing Brooklyn on social media, Cruz wrote: \u201cNOT TRUE My mum and dad would never unfollow their son.. Let\u2019s get the facts right. They woke up blocked\u2026 as did I.\u201d<\/p>\n
But through all of this, it seems as though David and Victoria are keen to show that the door is still open for their son to come back to them, with David sharing a poignant New Year\u2019s Eve message on Wednesday.<\/p>\n
Posting a throwback photo of himself and Cruz to his Instagram story, David began: \u201cI\u2019m so grateful for my family I love you all.\u201d<\/p>\n
Over an old pic of Romeo, he added: \u201cI\u2019m so lucky to have my Amazimg family x\u201d<\/p>\n
Then, alongside a throwback with Brooklyn, David wrote: \u201cI love you all so much.\u201d<\/p>\n
On a photo with Harper, he continued: \u201cI\u2019m a very lucky Daddy.\u201d<\/p>\n
Then, the last photo in his story was a throwback of Victoria and all four children shortly after Harper\u2019s birth. He wrote: \u201cYou are my Life. I Love you all , Love Daddy x On to 2026.\u201d<\/p>\n
Victoria only reposted one of David\u2019s posts to her own story; the one of Brooklyn. She added a heart gif, but no further comment.<\/p>\n
David doubled down on his message in a grid post<\/a>, too, where he shared photos from the year. While Brooklyn was not in any of the photos \u2014 seemingly because David hadn’t seen him \u2014 he was alluded to in the caption, which read: \u201cI feel very lucky to have had the year I’ve had in 2025 full of moments that I will never forget from my 50th to my knighthood ( still pinching myself ) and then finishing with winning the MLS as an owner , I’m so grateful to my incredible wife , my amazing children , my friends and team I work with every single day nothing would have been possible without you all… But as Sir Alex Ferguson would say \u2018 Onto the the next \u2018 \u2764\ufe0f Thank you for the incredible memories I will forever remember 2025 \u2764\ufe0f @victoriabeckham I love you & our kids \u2764\ufe0f.\u201d<\/p>\n It was previously speculated that Brooklyn had fallen out with his family after his younger brother Romeo started dating “his ex,” Kim Turnbull. However, both Kim and Cruz have publicly denied that she and Brooklyn ever dated.<\/p>\n
Posting to her Instagram story earlier this year, Kim wrote: \u201cI\u2019ve avoided speaking on this topic to prevent adding fuel to the fire, however it\u2019s come to a point where I feel the need to address it so I can move on. I will not continue to receive harassment or be embarrassed on the basis of lies, to fit a certain narrative.\u201d<\/p>\n
Cruz reiterated this message more explicitly when he replied to somebody who commented: \u201cIt\u2019s appropriate to date your brother\u2019s ex too?\u201d on one of Romeo\u2019s Instagram posts, responding at the time: \u201cBrooklyn and Kim never dated.\u201d<\/p>\n
