QUEEN CREEK, AZ (AZFamily) \u2014 Authorities say an active investigation is underway after a bomb threat was reported in Queen Creek on Monday morning.<\/p>\n
According to Sgt. Joaquin Enriquez with the Maricopa County Sheriff\u2019s Office (MCSO), deputies are investigating a \u201cpotential bomb threat\u201d in the area of 178th Way and San Tan Boulevard<\/a>, east of Recker Road. <\/p>\n MCSO is on scene of a potential bomb threat in the area of 25900 south 178th Way and is asking the public to avoid San Tan Boulevard (southbound) and Mews Road, between Recker Road and 181st Street, while deputies continue to investigate, PIO is en-route.
