{"id":90320,"date":"2026-01-05T21:50:06","date_gmt":"2026-01-05T21:50:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/90320\/"},"modified":"2026-01-05T21:50:06","modified_gmt":"2026-01-05T21:50:06","slug":"rialto-refinances-100-fifth-avenue-with-150m-loan-commercial-observer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/90320\/","title":{"rendered":"Rialto Refinances 100 Fifth Avenue With $150M Loan \u2013 Commercial Observer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/commercialobserver.com\/company\/sovereign-partners\/\" title=\"Sovereign Partners\" class=\"company-link\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Sovereign Partners<\/a> has secured a $150 million loan to refinance an office building a block west of Manhattan\u2019s Union Square, Commercial Observer has learned.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/commercialobserver.com\/company\/rialto-capital\/\" title=\"Rialto Capital\" class=\"company-link\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Rialto Capital<\/a> provided the loan for the 20-story 100 Fifth Avenue property that Sovereign <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/traded.co\/deals\/new-york\/office\/sale\/100-5th-avenue\/\">acquired <\/a>for $126.5 million in 2023.
