Kathy Hochul declared that the program has yielded \u201cextraordinary\u201d results in reduced traffic and increased economic activity, \u201cbeyond what we could have expected.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The governor, during a Monday afternoon news conference in Manhattan, stood alongside <a href=\"http:\/\/mta.info\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">MTA<\/a> Chair and CEO Janno Lieber and Mayor Zohran Mamdani.
