{"id":91566,"date":"2026-01-06T21:40:06","date_gmt":"2026-01-06T21:40:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/91566\/"},"modified":"2026-01-06T21:40:06","modified_gmt":"2026-01-06T21:40:06","slug":"jack-deutsch-sells-nursing-home-in-queens-for-55m-commercial-observer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/91566\/","title":{"rendered":"Jack Deutsch Sells Nursing Home in Queens for $55M \u2013 Commercial Observer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Jack Deutsch, an owner of several nursing centers in New York, has sold his Woodcrest Rehabilitation &amp; Residential Health Care Center in Flushing, Queens, for $55 million, according to <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/a836-acris.nyc.gov\/DS\/DocumentSearch\/DocumentDetail?doc_id=2026010200477003\">city records<\/a> made public Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>Deutsch, using the entity Woodcrest Property, offloaded the six-story nursing facility at 119-09 26th Avenue to nursing home investor Yaakov Sod, who used the entity Woodcrest Propco, records show. Deutsch signed the deal for the seller, while Sod signed for the buyer.<\/p>\n<p>SEE ALSO: <a href=\"https:\/\/commercialobserver.com\/?p=558001&amp;preview=true&amp;preview_id=558001\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Renaissance Charter School Buys Queens Building for $85M<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Deutsch owns and operates <a href=\"https:\/\/commercialobserver.com\/company\/cfw-group\/\" title=\"CFW Group\" class=\"company-link\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">CFW Group<\/a>, an informal group of separate health care facilities in New York. The group includes Woodcrest, Cliffside Rehabilitation &amp; Residential Health Care Center, and Forest View Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cfwgroup.com\/\">according to its website<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s unclear who brokered the deal.
