BROOKLYN \u2014 TEKASHI 6IX9INE turned himself in for a three-month sentence in federal prison after pleading guilty to violating the terms of his supervised release, according to ABC7<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The rapper, whose legal name is Daniel Hernandez, was ordered to report to the Metropolitan Detention Center in Sunset Park on Tuesday.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The sentence marks the second time in just over a year that Hernandez has been returned to custody for parole violations. In November 2024, he received a six-week prison term after admitting to five violations, including unauthorized travel, failure to comply with drug testing requirements and a positive test for methamphetamines.<\/p>\n

Hernandez will join several prominent figures currently held at MDC, including Venezuelan President Nicol\u00e1s Maduro and Luigi Mangione, the suspected murderer of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson.\u00a0<\/p>\n
