href=\"https:\/\/www.bizjournals.com\/pittsburgh\/blog\/morning-edition\/2015\/05\/howard-hanna-merges-with-new-york-firm.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">way<\/a> around Manhattan, Howard Hanna Real Estate Services now has a new presence in the core of the Big Apple.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 gJuxXh body-paragraph\">The company announced it has bought Elegran Real Estate, a New York City firm specializing in the sale and rental of urban condos and apartments, which the <a href=\"https:\/\/therealdeal.com\/new-york\/2025\/10\/16\/howard-hanna-acquires-elegran-real-estate\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">real estate publication The Real Deal<\/a> ranks 15th in its annual list of the top city brokerages, generating $118 million in sales for the 17-year-old firm.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 gJuxXh body-paragraph\">Howard W. \u201cHoby\u201d Hanna IV, chief executive officer of Howard Hanna Real Estate Services, called the newcomer to the company\u2019s real estate stable \u201cmore than an acquisition\u201d but a \u201cstatement of intent\u201d in a prepared statement as the company continues its ongoing acquisition spurt that is spreading the green-and-yellow real estate brand along the East Coast.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 gJuxXh body-paragraph\">He added, \u201cexpanding into Manhattan reflects our vision for connecting people and places in meaningful ways, helping agents thrive and clients achieve a best-in-class real estate experience.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 gJuxXh body-paragraph\"><a
