Tall windows framing New York City landmarks, such as the One World Trade Center, speak to this\u2014allowing natural light to softly highlight interiors by\u00a0Gachot Studios<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Beyond the foyer, the great room has heart-skipping panoramic vistas of Kings County, the Manhattan skyline, and beyond. Floor-to-ceiling windows capped by 12-foot ceilings and European white oak floors in a custom honey stain accentuate those horizons, alongside mahogany millwork and bronze detailing.<\/p>\n

The Life Time Athletic Club is where most of them are found, including a 75-foot indoor lap pool, billiards room, library lounge, theater with a wet bar, kids playroom, outdoor pools, and a fully serviced poolside lounge and atrium. Residents have access to other dedicated features, too, like a children\u2019s playground, off-site parking, and Sky Park, which has a basketball court, a foosball table, and a dog run. \u00a0<\/p>\n
