allegedly killed<\/a>\u00a0his father, Glenn Moore, 67; his uncle, Willie Guines, 55; and his brother, Quinten Moore, 33, in Cedarbluff, which is west of the county seat of West Point, 150 miles northwest of Jackson.<\/p>\nInvestigators said Moore stole his brother\u2019s truck after the killings and fled the scene, triggering a countywide manhunt as deputies responded to multiple locations.<\/p>\n
He raced to a second home on Blake Road, where he tried to sexually assault another victim at gunpoint,\u00a0police said.<\/p>\n
Instead, Moore allegedly killed a 7-year-old girl. He is also accused of pointing the firearm at another child under the age of 7, but did not pull the trigger.<\/p>\n
Investigators are still determining whether the gun misfired or whether Moore chose not to fire,\u00a0Scott said.\u00a0<\/p>\n

A third young child and an adult were also inside the home at the time of the shooting.<\/p>\n
\u201cEven with the tragedy, it\u2019s a blessing that he didn\u2019t do more damage than what he did,\u201d Scott said.<\/p>\n
Moore then sped to another location, where he gunned down two brothers on Siloam-Griffith Road \u2014Barry Bradley\u00a0and\u00a0Samuel Bradley. One of the men was a pastor at a local church, police said.<\/p>\n

Authorities later found the stolen truck hidden behind a home on Griffin Road.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Deputies forced entry into the residence and discovered the two men dead from apparent gunshot wounds.<\/p>\n
Investigators are now working four separate crime scenes, a process Scott said took all night and stretched into Saturday morning.<\/p>\n

He was taken into custody without incident near Pine Grove Road with the help of state and federal agencies, including the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation and U.S. Marshals, authorities said.<\/p>\n
Cops said the crime could be upgraded to capital murder and that he may also face additional murder charges.<\/p>\n
District Attorney Scott Colom said the case will be reviewed for the death penalty, calling it \u201cabout as bad as it gets.\u201d<\/p>\n

Officials would not say whether the victim Moore was allegedly trying to sexually assault was the little girl.<\/p>\n
\u201cI don\u2019t know what kind of motive you could have to kill a 7-year-old,\u201d Scott said.<\/p>\n
Moore had no prior history with police and wasn\u2019t on their radar \u2014 with family members telling cops they \u201cwould never believe he was capable of this violence.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u201cThis guy has not been on our radar,\u201d Scott said. <\/p>\n
\u201cWe had not had any calls, reports, anything prior leading up to this.\u201d<\/p>\n
Moore is believed to have acted alone and no other suspects are being sought, investigators said. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Monday.<\/p>\n
