A U-Haul driver allegedly plowed into a massive crowd of protesters at an anti-Iran regime rally in Los Angeles on Sunday \u2014 injuring at least two people in a chaotic scene caught on video.<\/p>\n

Authorities responded to the scene after the U-Haul truck drove into a\u00a0sea of an estimated 3,000 people\u00a0at the large demonstration in Westwood\u00a0around 3:40 p.m. local time,\u00a0an\u00a0LAPD spokesperson told The Post.<\/p>\n

The rental truck, which had the words \u201cNO SHAH. NO REGIME. USA: DON\u2019T REPEAT 1953. NO MULLAH\u201d emblazoned on one side, was swarmed by protesters as tensions quickly escalated, according to harrowing footage obtained by KABC<\/a>.<\/p>\n

A massive crowd had gathered in Westwood in solidarity with protesters in Iran after authorities there mercilessly slaughtered more than 500 anti-regime activists. ABC7<\/p>\n

The truck had both pro-Iranian regime and anti-Iranian regime phrases written on both its sides, police said.\u00a0<\/p>\n

At least two people\u00a0were hit and suffered minor injuries, cops said.\u00a0Both declined\u00a0to be transported to the hospital, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.<\/p>\n

The driver, who has not yet been identified, was taken into custody, police confirmed.\u00a0<\/p>\n
