The average asking rent for retail space in pre-war buildings in Dumbo is less than $100 per square foot, according to <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.rebny.com\/reports\/brooklyn-retail-report-2025\/\">a report<\/a> from the <a href=\"https:\/\/commercialobserver.com\/company\/real-estate-board-of-new-york\/\" title=\"Real Estate Board of New York\" class=\"company-link\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Real Estate Board of New York<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur expansion to Dumbo represents more than just another opening \u2014 it\u2019s a meaningful step in our New York journey,\u201d Omer Horev, founder and chief executive officer of Pura Vida Miami, said in a statement announcing the lease. \u201cWe\u2019re excited to join this vibrant community, and invite locals and visitors to experience the Pura Vida Miami lifestyle as we continue redefining healthy dining across the city.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Alyssa Zahler, managing director of commercial leasing for Two Trees, handled the deal for the firm in-house.
