This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in South Midwood, Bay Ridge, and Prospect Heights. How did they fare?<\/p>\n

First up, in South Midwood, this early 20th century two-story wood frame house mixes original details with modern updates. This former Open House Pick<\/a> was taken off the market in August.<\/p>\n

A renovation has given this Bay Ridge row house some modern design details and conveniences while retaining some of its original 1920s charm. This former House of the Day<\/a> sold in August for $1.49 million, which was $165,000 over the asking price.<\/p>\n

Also in Bay Ridge, a semi-detached Tudor has wood floors and arched doorways. This former Open House Pick<\/a> entered contract in December.<\/p>\n

Finally, in the Prospect Heights Historic District, this second-floor walkup comes with two bedrooms, in-unit laundry, and a classic black and white bathroom. This former Co-op of the Day<\/a> sold in September for $950,000, which was $75,000 over the asking price.<\/p>\n
