The Lehigh Valley will likely be spared from more snow this weekend, but dangerous, extreme cold will continue into next week.
The National Weather Service in Mount Holly, New Jersey, said a storm will develop off the East Coast but should track far enough east and will likely miss the Lehigh Valley and the surrounding areas. It likely will hit southern Delaware and southeastern New Jersey, forecasters said.
❄️ Our initial forecast for the weekend coastal storm is for 1-3″ for coastal NJ and DE, and a dusting into the I-95 corridor. These could change in either direction depending on the exact track of the storm. (1/3) #NJwx #DEwx #MDwx #PAwx pic.twitter.com/eQHMSKZnkt
