Sydney Pallman led the Lady Comets (13-5, 8-2) with 17 points. She made five of six free throws in the fourth quarter to help secure the win. Emma Coleman scored 13 points, including eight in the fourth.
Chrissy Jacklinski scored 22 points and helped Scranton build a 35-29 lead after three quarters. Rhylee Bell finished with 11 points for the Lady Knights (7-10, 4-5).
Valley View 49, Wallenpaupack 20: Cora Castellani scored 24 points and had five steals to lead the sixth-ranked Cougars to a win in Division I.
Castellani scored 11 points in the first half, then had 13 points as part of a 20-point third quarter by the Cougars.
Alivia Yurkovic added 10 points. Sadie Cardoni had seven rebounds and five assists, and Mady Minelli contributed five steals for Valley View (14-4, 7-3).
Lily Williams scored six points to lead Wallenpaupack (6-11, 1-8).
Delaware Valley 59, West Scranton 44: Amanda Argona scored 20 points and made three 3-pointers to lead the eighth-ranked Lady Warriors past West Scranton in a Division I game.
Leah Bird added 12 points, scoring eight in the first half for Delaware Valley (11-7, 3-7).
Morgan Baumgardner and Aubrey Kerrigan each scored 18 points to lead West Scranton (3-14, 0-9).
Dunmore 51, Riverside 30: Amanda Dempsey scored eight of her 12 points in the first quarter for the third-ranked Lady Bucks in a Division III win.
Janaya Martin and Leena Conte each added nine points, and Jackie Brown scored eight points for Dunmore (15-3, 10-0).
Faith Pavalonis scored nine points, and Kiley Williams added six for Riverside (10-8, 6-4).
Honesdale 44, Western Wayne 30: Karsyn Kromko drilled three 3-pointers and finished with a team-high 11 points to lead the seventh-ranked Lady Hornets to a win in Division II.
Ruby Martin added 10 points and Lily Murray scored nine for Honesdale (14-3, 8-1).
Haley McGuire scored nine points, and Raeleigh Kromko and Skyla McGuire each added six for Western Wayne (8-10, 4-6).
Holy Cross 29, Mid Valley 19: Aniya Osgood scored 10 points, including five in the fourth quarter, to help the 10th-ranked Lady Crusaders to a win in Division III.
Ava Schmidt contributed eight points for Holy Cross (10-8, 7-3), which has won three straight.
Mackenzie Richards scored eight points for Mid Valley (3-15, 0-10).
Lakeland 30, Old Forge 25: Kamri Naniewicz scored 14 points and helped the Lady Chiefs rally for a win in a Division II game.
Naomi Rude scored nine points, and Reina Walters added six for Lakeland (6-11, 2-7), which overcame an 11-2 first-quarter deficit.
Ava Arnold led Old Forge (6-11, 2-8) with six points.
Elk Lake 46, Blue Ridge 42: Madisyn Casselbury scored 14 points and helped to secure the win by making all four free-throw attempts in the fourth quarter for the Lady Warriors.
Piper Keeney contributed 12 points, and Celeste Clark scored six of her nine points in the fourth for Elk Lake (10-6, 6-3).
Abigail Gelinger scored 21 points, including seven in the fourth quarter for Blue Ridge (8-9, 5-5).
Montrose 57, Carbondale Area 18: Vivy Nabywaniec scored 16 points, with nine coming in the third quarter, to lead the Lady Meteors to a Division III win.
Sadie Jones contributed 13 points for Montrose (11-7, 9-1).
Callie Cicio scored seven points for Carbondale Area (2-15, 0-9).
Forest City 55, Susquehanna 38: The Lady Foresters pulled away with 25 points in the third quarter as Makayla Zaverl scored 11 of her 22 points.
Zaverl also scored 11 in the first quarter, including three 3-pointers for Forest City (6-12, 5-5). The Lady Foresters made nine 3-pointers in the game.
Kayla Pecko made five 3-pointers and finished with 20 points for the Lady Foresters.
Madison Beach scored 14 points to lead Susquehanna (3-14, 2-8).
Boys basketball
Jai Herman drilled three 3-pointers and finished with 17 points to lead Montrose to a 61-47 win over Carbondale Area in a Lackawanna Division III game.
Herman had 13 points in the first half when the Meteors (7-11, 5-5) built a 32-15 advantage.
Evan McComb scored 12 points and Jude Adams added nine points for Montrose.
Francosco Roman scored 15 points, Cole Becchetti and Cameron Williams each scored 12 points to lead Carbondale Area (2-16, 1-9).

Brayden Mirarck (121), Thomas Berezovske (127), Bradley Clark (139), Evan Jones (172) and Keegan Brown (189) had pins to lead Mount Carmel to a 39-36 win over Western Wayne in a nonleague match.
