The historic home includes modern updates and a two-car garage in the Glenwood neighborhood. The house sits on a 0.32-acre lot and was listed for sale for $310,000 in early January but is now off the market.
603 Kahkwa Blvd.
The four-bedroom, two-bath home at 603 Kahkwa Blvd. is 1,925 square feet and was built in 1928. The Frontier neighborhood property has a stone fireplace, old-world woodwork throughout and French doors leading to a sunroom. The property was listed as a pending sale for $264,900 in late January.
461 W. Seventh St.
The four-bedroom house at 461 W. Seventh St. sits on Millionaires’ Row in Erie. The historic home was built in 1857 but includes updated appliances, hardwood flooring, new roof and gutters, and a private balcony. It also includes a chef’s kitchen, a double staircase and five fireplaces. The house is listed for sale for $299,900.
