The Knights of Columbus Corpus Christi Council 12573 purchased several boxes of new winter coats that will be distributed through the Lakeland School District. The coats are for boys and girls, with many fashionable colors and sizes. They were purchased as part of the Knights of Columbus Coats for Kids campaign, which is run throughout the U.S. and Canada. The Knights of Columbus Corpus Christi Council also made a monetary donation to the Montdale Food Pantry for both the Thanksgiving and Christmas distributions.
