ALLENTOWN, Pa. – Allentown police say four teenagers have been charged after an armed robbery in the city over the weekend.
Officers responded to the 600 block of Greenleaf Street for a report of an armed robbery Saturday around 4:15 p.m., according to a news release from the Allentown Police Department.
Police say the teens robbed the victim of personal property at gunpoint. The teens then drove away in a vehicle, city police said.
Officers got a description of the vehicle and tracked it to Bethlehem.
Bethlehem police officers found and detained the four juveniles without incident, Allentown police said in the news release.
City police said a search warrant executed on the vehicle led to the recovery of the victim’s property and a firearm.
The four teens, who police say are all 16 to 17 years old, face multiple charges, including robbery and criminal conspiracy.
