Larken Associates has opened leasing for Trailside Village, a 420-unit apartment community at 200 Trailside Drive in Forks Township, with move-ins scheduled for early spring 2026.
The first phase of construction is scheduled for completion by April 2026. The Larken Living community will feature a mix of one- and two-bedroom garage and garden apartments.
Units will include gourmet kitchens with quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances, walk-in closets, in-home washers and dryers, and private patios or balconies. On-site storage will be available.
Community amenities include a heated outdoor pool with a tanning ledge, a clubhouse with a lounge, game room and work pod rooms, and a fitness center with fixed and free weights. Outdoor features include a tot lot, bark park and walking trails.
Garage apartments are leasing quickly following strong pre-leasing demand, according to the company. Limited access tours of units and the clubhouse are expected to begin mid-March.
