JONESBORO, Ark. (KAIT) – Two ordinances to approve private club permits for Jonesboro restaurants passed their second reading at Tuesday night’s Jonesboro City Council meeting.
The ordinances to give Monarca’s Mexican Restaurant and Walk-On’s Sports Bistreax private club permits will move to their third reading at the next Jonesboro City Council meeting.
The ordinances passed their first readings on Jan. 20.
Private club permits allow restaurants to sell and serve alcohol.
