ARRO Consulting Inc., a provider of engineering, environmental and consulting services, has acquired Emmaus-based Ott Consulting Inc.
The acquisition, which took effect Jan. 13, strengthens ARRO’s presence in eastern Pennsylvania and expands its multidisciplinary service offerings for municipal and private sector clients, the company said in a press release.
Ott Consulting provides civil engineering, site development, surveying and landscape architecture services.
According to Lititz-based ARRO’s CEO Ihsan Al-Fayyomi, Ott has a strong reputation and rich talent.
“They bring additional services that include surveying and land development that complement many of the other services ARRO provides, such as municipal engineering,”Al-Fayyomi said in an emailed response to questions.
The acquisition of Ott enhances ARRO’s ability to better serve public and private clients with a broader range of engineering and design services across the region, the company said.
The addition of Ott Consulting expands ARRO’s footprint to 12 offices across Pennsylvania and Maryland. Among its Pennsylvania offices are locations in Birdsboro, Berks County; Uwchlan and South Coventry townships in Chester County; and Upper Merion Township in Montgomery Township.
Al-Fayyomi said ARRO has approximately 220 employees with the addition of Ott’s staff.

This is ARRO’s fourth acquisition since 2022.
