North Pocono Minisink Lions Club members recently completed their second biannual cleanup of a 2-mile stretch of Route 690 in Moscow. The club is a 30-plus-year member of PennDOT’s Adopt-A-Highway program. The Lions thank those drivers who slow down when they see members with safety vests during the litter pickup event.
