Chip, the beloved mascot of The Inside Scoop, falls victim to strong winds | Lehigh County

COOPERSBURG, Pa. – The wind also took out a popular landmark in Coopersburg.

Chip, the 25-foot-tall mascot for the ice cream parlor The Inside Scoop, came crashing down.

In a social media post, the company said he was done with the cold weather and was trying to make a break for somewhere warmer.

But they also say not to worry, they plan to have him standing tall again soon.
