OBITUARY
Jean M. Rothermel, 94, of Reading, passed away Monday, January 5, 2026 in Boulder City, NV.
Jean, a daughter of the late John G. and Gertrude M. (Moyer) Rothermel, was born in Reading. She is survived by two nephews, David O. Dickerman, husband of Ivana and Rodney O. Dickerman, husband of Taz Khatri; a great niece, Sophie; and a great nephew, John. She was preceded in death by a sister, Ann Dickerman.
She was a member of Glad Tidings, West Lawn.
Jean was a 1948 graduate of Reading Highschool and a 1952 graduate of Bucknell University. She retired as a teacher from the Reading School District.
